What is an HC Licence?

An HC Licence (Heavy Combination Licence) allows operation of articulated vehicles such as prime mover + semi-trailer, or a heavy rigid truck towing a trailer over 9 tonnes.

To qualify, you must have:

  • MR or HR licence for at least 12 months

  • Pass the Combination Knowledge Test
